RECRUITMENT

Security today has become an indispensable part of the today’s age. The sector is quite booming in the recent times and majority of the sectors ranging from retail to hospitality and many others need compliance for security.

Thus, a security guard is an armed / unarmed individual which ensure protection of the assets ranging from human lives to physical property from criminal activities. Since they are employed to make sure of the safety, they are given requires training so that they can best cater to their responsibilities. Our company strictly follows the general requirement procedures to recruit one of the best and most efficient personnel in the industry.

The standard of recruitment is as under:

• Age: - Candidate must be at least 21years of age and maximum be 48 years.
• Height: - We select only those candidates who are minimum 5’7” or above.
• Eye Sight: - The eyesight should be 6 X 6.
• Physique: - Candidate must be in excellent physical shape.
• Education: - Candidate must possess a minimum of matriculate certificate. Also, the applicant should have an ability to read, write and speak Hindi / English and the language(s) most appropriate to his or her assigned duties.
• Criminal History: - We duly check the candidate's background for if the person has a clean record and is free from any job-related crime. Any felony conviction discovered in the course of conducting the search should also be considered relevant to the candidate's qualifications for the position.
• Experience: - We prefer those applications that have some experience in this security industry.

TRAINING:

• All our security personnel are trained in accordance to PSARA norms.
• All personal provided by us are fully trained in security related assignments.
• They are vetted and duly verified by the police department before deployment.
• They are given additional training for specific duties required at client’s premises.
• Special emphasis is laid by us on gate house handling (including regulation of authorized) patrolling, firefighting, first aid; handling emergency situations, maintenance of documents, handling of communication systems etc
• Specialized training of 7 days is imparted to security personnel to be deployed at a specific. Location i.e., ATMs, MNCs, ports, retails, institutions, manufacturing or hospitality sector.
• Constant refresher training and on-the-job trainings are imparted-culminating in 29 training days every for new inductees and 17 days for existing employees.
• Specific need-based training is given to employees on emergent basis.

Following are the various stage of training provided by Rockwell Securitas: -

• BASIC TRAINING - Initial training including technical know- how, personality development- grooming. Personal hygiene and housekeeping and Other mandatory norms.
• REFRESHER TRAINING - Briefing or refreshing the employees about their roles & job responsibilities just prior to the beginning of shift.
• CONTINUAL TRAINING - In order to enhance the job specific knowledge and development of employees for future. This training is given on a regular basis
• CUSTOMIZED TRAINING - Specific training related to the nature of the job. For example, Training housekeeping staff on chemicals and machinery.

Firefighting, First Aid & Life Safety Training:

Firefighting, first aid & disaster management has become important aspect of security. The workplace security guard is an important individual in the prevention of workplace fires and ensuring that workers, contractors and visitors are safe during a workplace fire emergency.

The workplace security guard develops these capacities through the development of knowledge, skills and experience related to their role in fire safety We provide firefighting training to our guards, in order to handle fire and save precious life.
