Our services including Security, Facility Management, Housekeeping, HR Outsourcing, and Manpower Deployment are strictly governed by service-level agreements. Clients are entitled to use our services only within the agreed scope and duration:

All services provided by Rockwell Securitas are delivered on a professional "as is" basis. While we ensure ISO-certified quality standards, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service or any unforeseen incidents beyond human control.

We do not guarantee absolute prevention of risks or breaches but ensure mitigation through trained personnel, systems, and standard operating procedures.

Rockwell Securitas shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service usage, including but not limited to business interruption or data loss, unless specified in contractual agreements signed by both parties.

Rockwell Securitas values your privacy. Information collected during service engagement is used only for operational purposes in accordance with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Greater Noida.

Both parties consent to legal proceedings in the jurisdiction of Greater Noida courts as the agreed forum for dispute resolution.
